Yes you can. Which sound card is your computer sounds coming out of now? If it's the external, then do the following to set jaws to the internal.
Press insert j to open the jaws menu. U for utilities. O for sound cards. Pick the eternal sound card from the menu and hit enter. You should now have your computer sounds on your external, assuming they were there to start with, and jaws on your internal. If your external isn't your computer sounds by default, then you need to go into control panel and set it as the default synth.
