Chris,
All went unusually well. There were no hickups, and I didn't even
have to use narrator, JAWS came up after the final reboot. This may
be because it was a simple upgrade from VISTA Business.
Haven't had any problems yet, but expect a few minor bugs. I did
noticed I gained 20G in hard disk space, and Windows 7 does seem to be
a bit more responsive.
Thanks for the help.

What you do is do the first part of the install in Windows. This
will get
you far enough that once the computer reboots it will do the rest
automatically until it's ready to start. You then do a Windows U,
tab one
time, space, then enter, to launch Narrator, to help you set up
Windows.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Windows 7 upgrade installation
Hello all,
I know we've been through this before, but, I'm about to attempt a
Windows 7
upgrade with nn visual support available.
If I remember correctly, it was posted that one can use JAWS
initially,
then, windows narrator for the rest. Should I make sure windows
Narrator is
turned on before I start, or, if the computer reboots during the
process?
I thought the hot key for Windows Narator in VISTA was windows+u,
but, that
just brings up the "Ease of Access Center, then, I have to choose
Narrator,
which, possibly I can by hitting alt+n after windows+u.
Any suggestions? Do I have the hot keys right?
Thanks for any input.
