Charlene, Your scroll lock might be stuck or simply on. This will cause that to happen. Try one of the following:
1 simply press the scroll lock key and then try it again. 2. Failing that, press insert-3 (the 3 on the numbers row) followed by the scroll lock key. That should fix it.
