Hi Alan,

I think that after you put the " .dic " files where they are supposed to go, 
you then run the " .exe " files to install the actual dictionary programs in 
their appropriate places and to make the dictionaries functional.  That is 
my guess anyway and I'm sure if I'm wrong someone will jump in and 
straighten me out!  LOL  Take care.
