zamzar.com will perform a limited number of conversions a day for free. PDF
to Word is just one of many possible conversions. It is not perfect, but it
helps. If this does not work, Adobe Reader will usually allow a Save as
text from the File menu. This can be opened in Word, but will not have any
formatting.
