I haven't had the locking problem but today when I turned on my Win 7 64 bit laptop it went to 40 minute mode. Luckily the tech people reset my authorizations when I called last week about the mirror driver issue which seems to have been resolved.
So I was able to re-enter the code and it is working again.

Chris,

Since the upgrade last week, I have had no further issues with losing authorization. Still holding breath.

Hello all,
Using JAWS 11 latest build, has anyone all of a sudden had their locking
code changed, without hardware modifications, and tried to re-activate, only
to be told it failed? This is what happened on my Netbook with Windows 7
starter tonight, but not on my laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I
contacted my UK dealer but was wondering if you had similar problems.
Thank you very much. Take care.
