Hi Hannah, This issue of authorization popping up in Windows 7 is resolved, once and for all, in an update to JAWS 11 that is scheduled to release no later than next Monday. Actually, I have some insider info that suggests it should be public by noon on Thursday this week. You will also find 4 new Research It items in this update.
