Norma,
This is an interesting question you pose. I have
successfully texted folks using my email, including myself,
but have not found a successful way for myself or someone
to text me back and have it arrive into my email inbox.
Hopefully we will get some response from some techno gurus
on the list. Thanks for raising the question.

Al

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Texting via the web

Hi everyone,

I want to use my PC to exchange texts with cell phone
texters. Does
anyone know of an accessible utility or service by which I
can do
this? I am aware I can send texts with Yahoo Messenger, but
I'm not
able to receive through YIM.

Any helpful info most appreciated,
Norma
