If there is no subject line with which to test on then try using the
to and
or CC field.

Hi,
How do I create a rule for incoming messages for another email list
when I
don't know what to put? For example, this group has [jaws-users.com].

For doing this you can go to tools and then accounts. If you have
more than
one email account set up, select the one you want messages sent to to
be
moved.
Tab to, change folder button and press your spacebar.
Here you will have a selection of folders to choose from.

Hi,
Ok,
I really love this creating a rule thing.
My next question is how can I set it up so random messages can go
into a
particular folder of which I will create and not the inbox?
I pretty much want to avoid the inbox. No reason, just preference.
Thanks guys!

First of all create the folder you want the messages to be sent to.
Next press alt t for tools and then the letter, l for rules.
Your cursor will land on, create new rule, so press your spacebar.
Your first selection is, move messages from someone to a folder.
Press your tab key one time.
It should say, from people or distribution list.
Press your spacebar.
This will open a dialog where you can select the person's email
address
you
want messages moved.
Once you have slected that email address tab to OK and press enter.
You will be back at the, messages from a person or distribution list
and
it
should announce the email you selected.
Next press your down arrow one time and it will say, move it to the
specified folder.
Press your spacebar and select the folder you want those messages
moved to
and tab to OK.
Now you can tab to finish and press enter.
Tab to OK and press enter.
