To create a rule to send messages from a distribution list to a folder in Outlook 2007 do this:
Alt t for tools.  The letter L for rules.
You will be on a, new button, so press enter.
Arrow down to, move messages from a distribution list to a folder.
Tab one time.  Press your spacebar on, sent to people or distribution list.
Either select the address from the list or tab to the edit field and type in the address.
Tab to OK.
Arrow down to, move it to the specified folder.
Locate the folder you want to send it to and press enter.
Tab to finish and press enter.
Press enter on OK.

Can someone provide steps on how to create an email rule for an email list?

This particular email list doesn't have particular words in the subject
particularly.

If this matters the email address is [email protected], I don't know
where to put the email address when creating the rule.
