right on Rick... They could start with some of the problems that have been around so long we kind of refer to them as no cost extras. A few examples might be:
Jaws repeating one or more lines of text at random in virtually any windows based application. Randomly loosing focus in the same applications listed above. Support for more productivity software. I think the more people ask Freedom Scientific to include other functions into Jaws, the further away we get from Jaws actually being useful in applications as it once was. At the rate that features are being included, that do not address problems of accessibility in specific applcations, Jaws will be less of a screen-reader, and more of an operating system.
