I've seen that happen when doing a blanket copy of some script files from one system to another but not from a web page. That's a new problem on me. I am using jaws 11 and windows xp sp3. I never had the problem of being kicked into 40 minute mode before. I was on a website industrialsafetygear.com and was on the contact us page. Tabbing through the required fields I was kicked into 40 minute mode.
