Mike: That did not work. I downloaded and saved it. When clicking on run it said it could not continue the process because there is another version running and could not continue until I removed the current version of jaws that I have, which is the same you sent me. There was no options for repair or anything like that.

Once you start the process you will be given the choices of modify, repair, or remove. Tab to repair and press enter.
