What version of Windows is running on that laptop?
Have you tried to remove and reinstall Jaws?

Hi everyone, and a happy new year to you all.
After giving my laptop to my daughter, I've recently dug out an old one, and installed jaws 10 on it. When i arow arround with the jaws cursor, all it says is blank. This applies to all applications.
I've installed jaws 10 on my desktop and it's working fine.
Any ideas?
