Sherry: Do you think its like that with all win seven 64 bit machines? I have one, I don't have my DVD, been meaning to go pick it up and I obtained the download from their website.

Tech support said there was some glitch but I did not get a replacement DVD that would work. Computer would not recognize the DVD at all.
