Hello Phil,

I think the quickest way to find a specific message in Outlook 2007 is to
use the Alt+CTRL+A keystroke to bring up the all mail items search. After
using the keystroke the focus will be on the search box so just type in a
name or a word that was in the message. You don't have to press enter key.
After typing the word use the tab key four times and focus will be in the
list of results. Using up and down arrow keys will navigate between the
found messages. Reading a status bar using JAWS key with the page down key
will read the status line that will tell how many messages were found.
Pressing enter key on any result will open the message. Pressing backspace
key from the list of results will clear the search window and put focus into
the folder you were working in before using the keystroke. You can also use
CTRL+shift+F and make choices in the dialog, but the all items search is
faster.

Take care.
