Hello Bill, The choices for working with macros are found on the lower part of the ribbon for the developer tab. If the developer tab is not showing on the ribbon then you can add it. Press Alt+F to get the office button menu. Press the letter I to open the options. Tab across the choices in the "popular" category and use spacebar to check the choice for the developer tab to show on the ribbon. Tab to OK and press enter key.
Use Alt followed by the letter L to move to the developer tab and then tab into the lower part of the ribbon. There is a "macros security" button. When depressed a list of categories will appear and you can make choices for macros, activeX controls, add-ins, privacy settings, etc. use up and down arrow keys through the categories and then tab to the controls in each category.
