Hi LSterling0. I haven't read every message in this thread, so i don't know, if you have gotten a qualified answer to your question, but here is a try from me.
The ILM License manager only checks if you have a legal license for your running version of jaws, when starting, and hold's an eye to it, while you're working. But because the MSAA (Microsoft Active Accessability) that comes in a newer version with every new version of Jaws, not must do any damage, they all must be uninstalled. Therefore, to get rid of all the old versions of jaws you have installed on your computer, you must uninstall all the versions of Jaws you have, with the newest first. Afterwards you can reinstall the newest one, and you are ready to work again, and nothing ought to be happen to your ILM license. While uninstalling all this older versions of jaws, you should select uninstalling all shared component's too. If you are using scripts to programs that you have bought, and that not comes with Jaws, be sure of backing them up, before uninstalling Jaws. Good luck with the work.
