If you have a current license for version 10 and were
entitled to the upgrade (i.e. receive the DVD in the mail)
you should be able to download the current version of JAWS
on their website and be good to go. The only difference
between the demo and licensed version is enabling the ILM.
If your entitled to the upgrade it will be done
automatically

Subject: [JAWS-Users] UPDATING PROBLEM WITH JAWS

I never realized this but apparently, Jaws 11 is on a DVD
not a standard CD. I have an old computer and I wanted to
update it with the current version of Jaws. The old drive
doesn't even recognize that kind of disk.
If I download the newer version of Jaws from the web site, I
don't know how to confirm that I have a right to it. I
don't want to end up with a trial version. There are no
more updates on my current jaws 10. Yet I have Jaws 11.
How can I accomplish this task?
