[JAWS-Users] jaws and the start menu?

Hi I have a very strange problum. every once in a while, my start menu at the 
buttum of my screen disapears, and when I hit the left windows key the start 
menu will not come up, is this a JAWS glitch? or a windows problum.
it has happened now twice since I got my windows fixed! and when I restart it 
comes back! so the question is, why would this happen?
