Now I have seen this  here but this issue dates back to jaws 10 and I've 
reported it to FS at least a couple of times now with no real fixes.

Something else that has started happening from time to time is that as I'm
replying to a message, using Outlook Express, my forms modem kicks in, and
I'm unable to proceed.
Each time I hit the enter key the forms modem either turns on or turns off.
Annoying to say the least.
