Hi Leonard,
You can delete many files at the same time. Hit Altkey + the letter "A" and
the selected files will be deleted after hitting the delete key. You can
also point to a file and hold down the shift key as you arrow down a list of
files. All the files that were selected will be deleted after hitting the
delete key.
