Is anna spanish? I am not sure how to turn it up but that would be helpful

Cliff,
You may have to go back and reload the Real Speak Solo package which
came with Jaws 9. that's what I had to do and now I have all of my weird
friends again:
Samantha, Karen, Emily, Tom, Lee, Jennifer and so on. Jaws 11 comes with
a really good Speak All voice called Anna. She's better, in my opinion
than most of those others. The only thing is,in the default, she's a bit
too low in volume for my taste.
