Hi Nicole I received these two answers. Ray hold the left shift key and the cap key and then the letter B and you will have the battery level. STEVE STEWART. for a laptop keyboard, shift caps lock b. for a full desktop keyboardk insert Shift b. When you plug it in, it will not work. You will have to go to the system tray with either Caps Lock F11 or Insert F11. Hope this helps.Wayne Scott
