Are You attempting to download it? It is another web browser and will need
to be downloaded to Your system before You are able to use it.
You will nee to go to firefox.com and download it. If You are wanting to use
webvisum You will need to first get an invite then go to webvisum.com and
register there.

I'd say You can I don't see any issue which would prohibit You from doing
