I just responded to my email messages and it went to FB.
I tried to add some friends and got a capture. Anyway around this?

In addition to what Anne has already mentioned, there is now a new option
that Facebook is gradually making available. If you have your settings
structured so that you receive comments to your status updates by e-mail,
you can reply to that email, and it will show up as a comment. This
feature
is not available for all accounts; if it is available for you, the email
containing the comment will give you instructions.
