To better solve your dilemma, could you provide a little more information?
What Operating System (XP, Vista, or 7) and email client (Outlook, Outlook
Express, Windows Mail, Live Mail, or something else) are you using? Which
versions of JAWS are effected?

There are times when I am reading an email and as I am arrowing down, what

notice is that my screen reader would halt and it would stop reading.
I would need to sometimes, go back to the top of the email
and read the email using the say all function.
What might be the causing factor here that is causing my screen reader not
fully read the entire email? Again, the problem is I am noticing that when
getting toward the bottom of an email, my screen reader (jaws) would
stopand
why is this happening?
