Well, I have Jaws 9 on this machine. What are the commands for Jaws 9?

With JAWS 11 I just selected the SAPI5 profile, tab to the voice volume
slider, move it to 100%, saved the profile by activating the save as
button, and that's it. It does ask if you want to make it the default but
that's personal choice.
