Hi Kathy, If you are using Microsoft Word then you can use the insert key with the delete key on the number pad when number lock is off. On a laptop you can use the caps lock key with the delete key. This command is for Microsoft Word and only works in print layout, outline or draft views and not in the web view. The command gives line and column position of the cursor. Alt+delete can be used in print layout to find out how many inches the cursor is from the left and top of the page.
