I have found that if you have your status set for "offline" it will not
announce when people come on
and off line. Make sure you are set to "online".

Ok hears what you need to do first the skypewatch.jsb is know longer
supported in version of 4.1 of the skype scripts. I am not using 4.1 my
self I am using version 3.8 I would sugest you go back to that untill
we
figgure out why it isn't working I am not using the skype watch
installer
I am using the jfwskr653 file of the scripts and I haven't had a problem
I am using xp with SP 2 I tried 4.1 but didn't like it much. I also
tried 4.2 beta once and that wasn't much better. So if you can go back
to
3.8 for now go to www.oldversion.com to get it you won't find it on the
skype sight though. And oh do not erase what is in the jaws defalt file
that has the skype watch in it the installer replaces the defalt file
with a use_defalt.jsb or something like that. if you erase this your
jaws
will mess up use the installer to remove skype watch then you can
install
the jfwskr653 installer that use "skypewatch.jsb" will work on that
version. I hope this helps if you can't go back to !
