Hi Mich, You didn't say what version of Windows you are using. This message means a file is missing or corrupt. If you are using XP, you can download the necessary files from: http://www.blind-computing.com/downloads/comct232.zip Simply unzip the files and copy them into the following directory: C:\Windows\System32 If you get a message telling you the current files will be over-written, just say yes to all. Once that is done, alt F4 to close, and try re-installing the program.
