In order to save a contact from a received message, first open the message from the list. When the message is open hold down the Alt key while pressing the 1 key twice and then release the Alt key. With the cursor in the "from" field use left arrow to move on to the sender's name. Press the application key and use down arrow until you find the choice for adding the contact to your contacts list and then press enter key. If you want to know how to save information that you have entered into a new or modified contact listing then you can simply press Alt+S when the fields have been filled in. Take care.
