I am running Windows 7, Home Premium on a Toshiba laptop, single user. Since I was a single user, when we first set up my laptop,we only included my user name. There was no need for a password. When I wake up my laptop from sleep or hibernation, Jaws announces my user name on a log-in screen. I just press enter and I move to the desktop. With my past Toshiba, which had Vista, I was able to turn off the log-in screen so that it immediately woke up to the desktop. This is not actually a problem to me, but I am just curious, does anyone know if the log-in screen can be turned off with the same results for Windows 7?
