Can I setup MalwareBytes to run automatically? Instead of doing it manually.

Uninstall AVG and install the following two programs:
1. Microsoft Security Essentials (www.microsoft.com/security_essentials.)
2. MalwareBytes (www.malwarebytes.org).
Make sure you get the free edition of this.

I am on Facebook and a good friend wrote on my wall about a great

I sort of scratched my head why my friend would send me this but when I
clicked it told me about some natural berry and wanted me to fill out a
form
with personal info.
Of course the natural berry product is free but had a limited amount and

could see that some dates on site were already a month old. I think what
this link does is gets you to sign up, gets your email and credit card
info,
mails you the product that you think is free, puts you on autoship, and
then
orders and bills your credit card. This is only a guess.
I did not send the form in and closed link. I thought this was spam. I
scanned for viruses using AVG9.076x and then ran super anti spy ware
4.34x.
Neither software flagged any problems.
Other friends in Facebook got same message.
Any ideas how this junk gets on Facebook? Does it innitially attack
someone's personal address book in email and then justs worms it way in?
What other virus software, Jaws friendly, can I download for free?
In order to disable AVG I have to go into components, then residents
shield
and check to enable or disable.
If I install another virus software can I just disable AVG or do I need
to
uninstall?
