Hi Susie;
One thing I forgot to mention is to go into your Outlook Express options,
go
to the Read tab, tab to the " automatically expand group messages "choice
and make sure this is unchecked. Take care.

Hi Susie;
Yes, it does it for all floders. You can't make this setting for
individual
floders. Take care.

Hi Susie;
1. Press alt + V keys to open the View menu.
2. Press enter on current view sub-menu or just the letter " V " to open
the
current view sub-menu.
3. Arrow up to the " group messages by conversation " and press enter.
You are done. Hope this helps. Take care.

hi can some one tell me again how to group messages? I have one very
active
list, and I want to be able to get rid of messages in one fell swoop. It
is
not the JAWS list but another list and I am not sure where to go. I
thought
it was in tools, but I can't find it susie
