I have no issues with jaws9 and MLB.com, I have never been able to get the volume controls to work with any version of jaws using the regular MLB player. However if You will click the accessible game day audio link under audio/video, You will find the controls to work great in this player which loads directly in Your browser window. And the controls are links.
