Donnie:
I didn't even think of that!
I have already installed the application Brian suggested.
Personally, I don't like creating/modifying key combos seeing as I
might need them later in life. Being 30, I have ways to go!

You really do not need to install another application or perform daminging
finger acrobatics. That is what the JAWS Keyboard Manager is for. The hard
part is figuring out which key combination is comfortable and not already
taken. Perhaps the layered approach hinted about for JAWS 12 can alleviate
this issue and make more combinations easily available.
To set a new hotkey for this JAWS Script, SayClipboard, follow these steps:
1.Press the JAWSKey (Insert on the desktop keyboard layout and CapsLock on a
laoptop layout) + F2. Select "Keyvoard Manager" in the list and press
Enter.
2. Press Control + Shift + D, to open the default settings.
3. Press Tab to get to the list of default hotkeys.
4. Either navigate through the list to the name of the JAWS Scripts that
you would like to define or press Control + F to searchh for the script
that currently uses the difficult hotkey.
4. Manage to press the needed hotkey once and press Enter.
5. This will place you on the current script's hotkey assignment. To leave
this hotkey alone and add a second hotkey to perform the same function,
press Control + A.
6. Press your well thought out alternative for this script and press Enter.
7. You will be asked to confirm if you want to add this hotkey to the
default settings. Press Enter to confirm.
8. Close the Keyboard Manager with Alt + F4.
