To answer your tax question...I have not had much luck with the stand alone programs. I did find this year that both TurboTax and TaxAct websites for filing are accessible with JAWS. Even TurboTax's free site worked well with JAWS. There are a list of free providers through irs.gov if you meet the income requirements.
