Hi,
from within outlook express :
file > export > adress book
Select text file - comma seperated.
Outlook should be able to import this adress book using
file > import.
I am not using outlook so I can not say a lot about importing things.

Hi I am wanting to switch back and forth from out look express, to out
look as I might have to teach both, my question is, can I transport my
address book from out look express, to out look?
I am not sure what version of out look express, or out look I am using,
but I am using JAWS 8, and windows Xp home. I right now, have out look
express as my default. thanks so much and I want to keep a copy of both
