HiScott,
Try changing your display to 1024 by 768, and highest 32-bit if available.
After you make the changes, and okay the dialogue, reboot the machine.

Hi
When going to folders in outlook express Jaws 11 is not saying how many
unread messages and when I open the folder the last couple of messages
are not announced either as unread but arrows up unread messages are
announce. I don't have any other programs open at the same time.Could it
be a background display issue.have my display color set to none and no
screen saver, 800 by 600 and Windows classic medium 16 bit.
