Hi Angelina;
Try the following steps and see if this is what you are wanting.
1. While in any folder with no messages open press alt + V for the view
menu.
2. Arrow down to " sort by " and press enter or just press the letter " B
".
3. Arrow to the " From " option and press entter. When you press enter it
will take you out of View menu and back into the folder.
4. Press alt + V again to open the View menu again and open the sort by
option again.
5. Arrow down to " ascending " and press enter. You are now back in your
folder and your messages should be in alphabetical order with the A's at
the
top and the Z's at the bottom. If you would have chosen the " descending
"
option instead of the " ascending " option, your messages would still be
in
alphabetical order but, the Z's would be at the top and the A's at the
bottom. Hope this helped. Take care.
