Hi, I'm sure this has been covered before so apologies if it has; but I can't seem to perform a repair on my installation of JAWS 11. Running the downloaded program file reports that I still have an existing copy of the software installed and trying to do something via the uninstall option in Add or Remove Software just gives me uninstall options and no repair.
