Hi Kimsan, If you are simply using a microphone, with the sound coming from your speakers, then yes, your computer sounds will be reflected on the other end of the person's computer.
Skype calls are exactly like phone calls, on occasion, you will hear someone's doorbell ring, or fan blowing in the background, so too, is Skype. It isn't like those voice chat sites like PalTalk, or Yahoo where you have to wait for the delay to get to the other side, or you have to press a control key to key in your microphone, it's automatic, and the sound is perfectly clear. Having said that, if you are using a headset/microphone combo, then it would be strange for the other person to hear your computer sounds coming from your headset or computer, unless you have the volume on your headset set too loudly, and so the sound is bleeding through the headset. In any case, if you are making calls, then more than likely, your Skype is configured properly. Smile.
