There is an addin that you can buy that will give you back the Office 2003 menus. You can buy one program for all MS Office programs, or a separate program for each Office application. I bought them, but, to be honest, over time I learned to use the ribbons, and seldom use the addin any more. But if you want to check it out, go to:
