Hi Lennie.

I am using Omnipage 17.1 on a Windows 7 64bit mashine, and it works very fine.

The worst case that you can come into, is if yuor scanner model is'nt compatible with Windows 7, and there not exist any driver for this.

Good luck.

Hans Pauli.

Hi Hans Pauli,

I have been trying to find out just how accessible OmniPage 17 is? I am currently using OmniPage 15 with the latest Jaws 11 on an XP OS system. I will be purchasing a laptop with window7 soon and I really don't know if OmniPage 15 will work with that.

Is OmniPage 17 any better than OmniPage 15? And, can OmniPage 17 work well with windows 7?

Thank for any help.

Lennie

Hi Leonard.

I suggess that you are running Windows XP while your e-mail client is
Outlook Express 6.
With use to that operating system, you can use all versions of Omnipage up
to v 17.1 which is the last release.
You get the best recognition with v 17, and i will not recommend any earlyer
versions than v15.

Good luck!

Hans Pauli.

Which Omnipage version (might have spelled that wrong) works best with Jaws
v11? Thanks.
