Not with the accessible player.However, one can do it with the other media player. Unfortunately you need a sighted person to tell you which numbered buttons are fast forward and rewind. Once you know that, they don't change.

Major League Baseball (MLB) has really improved accessibility for screen reader users. It's nice to be able to increase and/or decrease the volume of a game easily. But, I would like to know is there away to rewind/forward while listening to a game that has been completed and is now an archive stream?
