Greetings. Some time ago, I created entries in the JAWS 9 Dictionary Manager for Outlook Express to replace the ">" symbol with a space. This seemed to work, and the annoying ">" announcements in email messages were effectively suppressed. However, for no apparent reason, JAWS has again started speaking the ">" symbol in all my messages, even though I haven't changed anything in the Dictionary Manager. How can I fix this problem?
