Hi,
you can either save them an execute the file by locating it in windows
ecplorer or you could click run to execute it from the temporary files
directory that ie saves downloads to that actually you never told it to
save. ;-)
It is really straight forward.

should be perfectly clear, but I'm having one of those days when my brain
is
made of cotton candy. When I hit enter on the download link I get the
usual
run or save question. If the installation is supposed to start, do I
choose
run or save? If it is save, it seems their instructions leave out a
couple
steps.
