I had the same problem with Windows Live Mail. The only option is to uninstall the current version of Jaws and then re-install from your original disk. But be careful that you have your product ID code before you do that. It's the only way I know that makes any sense. By the way, I got that idea fromJohn Melia, another member of this list.
