Susie, If you have Outlook and Outlook Express on the same computer, it usually imports all of your folders, address book and everything when you're setting it up. That doesn't work with Windows Live, unfortunately. But it should work between Outlook Express and Outlook, itself. I believe that it gives the option some time during the initial setup.
